Water Main Install  
The public works team has a contractor currently working to install a new water main at westbound Dove Road at Hood Lane and Park Boulevard. Work will be conducted over the next two to three weeks. Please use caution when driving in this area.

Spring Break Hobo Camp Train – Through Saturday, March 19 
Come aboard the Grapevine Vintage Railroad and experience the life of railroad hobos. Learn about the camp culture, communication symbols, and the daily life of those who rode the rails looking for work. Trinity River Excursion - Sunday, March 20  
The Stockyards Trinity River Excursion is a 45-minute train excursion departing from the Historic Stockyards Station in Fort Worth. Help solve a “whodunit” onboard this special excursion featuring the “Great Train Heist”, an interactive performance with Cotton Belt Special Agents in hot pursuit of a couple of notorious train robbers. The excursion crosses both channels of the Trinity River, travels through Trinity Park, and passes Montgomery Plaza before returning to the Stockyards. Tickets are available at GrapevineTicketLine.com.

Knit and Crochet Circle – Every Monday Evening - FREE

Prehistoric Park: The Return of the Dinosaurs - Saturday, March 5 – Sunday, April 3  
The dinosaurs are back in Grapevine this spring. Learn about Grapevine’s prehistoric past while roaming through the newly expanded exhibition of animatronic dinosaurs. Dig into the action and enjoy hands-on activities for the whole family including boneyard games, dig sites, track trails, amber fossil crafts, and numerous displays. Grapevine Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of summer camps each year that are not only educational but also promote social and physical activity. From outdoor excursion camps to art camps, there is something for everyone. Camp registration is now open for residents and REC members. Registration for non-residents will open on Friday, April 1. We begin in Downtown Grapevine at the Cotton Belt Depot. As you ride the rails, help us solve a “whodunit” featuring the “Great Train Heist”, an interactive performance with Cotton Belt Special Agents in hot pursuit of a couple of notorious train robbers.  Once we arrive in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards, riders may explore the Stockyards before re-boarding for the return to Grapevine.
