Lot to Lot Drainage Program – Established 1994

This program reviews new development for conveying lot-to-lot flow of storm water runoff across adjoining residential and/or commercial lots to minimize negative impacts.

• A Drainage Inspector reviews development plans, individual building plans, swimming pool plans and inspects the sites at completion to ensure compliance with the guidelines prior to the release of the Certificate of Occupancy.

• Drainage Inspector also meets with private property owners to assist in resolving existing private property lot to lot drainage disputes and/or complaints.
