Purpose

The Building Board of Appeals hears and rules on appeals to the City’s Building Code, advises on the applicability of alternate materials and types of construction, and considers electrical, plumbing, and permitting issues.

See Section 7-42 of the Code of Ordinances for a description of duties.

Meetings

• Each month on the second Monday
• 6:00 PM in the P&Z Conference Room
• 6:15 PM in the Council Chambers for the Public Hearings
• City Hall, 200 S. Main St.
