Bob Smeby has been working in the supply chain/procurement field for more than 30 years with 24 of those years spent in three different private sector industries. For the last 8 years he has broadened his experience by working in the municipal government sector for the Cities of Plano and Grapevine.

Since October 1, 2010, he has been the Purchasing Agent for the City.
